The academy is responsible for supervision only during scheduled sessions and within the designated training area.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervision before and after sessions.

Participants must be fit to take part and disclose relevant medical conditions in advance. In case of emergency,
you authorize the academy to seek appropriate medical assistance.
3) Assumption of Risk
Sports involve inherent risk. By participating, you acknowledge these risks to the extent permitted by law.
4) Conduct
Players and parents must follow coach instructions and facility rules. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in
removal from sessions.
5) Payments & Refunds
Pricing may change with notice. Refunds, cancellations, and missed sessions follow academy policy; contact us for
guidance on individual cases.
6) Media
Training photos or videos may be used for academy communications or marketing unless you opt out by contacting us.
7) Personal Belongings
The academy is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to training.
8) Privacy Summary
We collect name, contact details, and participant information for coaching and admin purposes. We do not sell data.
